Good news from Africa

The African Development Bank recently came out with a report showing the growth of a middle class in Africa, a positive report from a region not often a source of happy news. This spells out good things for the economies of a number of African countries and their people. This report, The Middle of the Pyramid: Dynamics of the Middle Class in Africa, can be accessed here.
