Gang Violence & Homicide Statistics

There are news reports lately of controversy in Chicago over Mayor Rahm's new gang policing initiatives and how they are working. Some of the controversy has to do with the numbers of homicides, how they compare with those in the past in Chicago, and how they stack up against other cities. Researching this sort of thing is definitely a job for our Criminal Justice research guide!
