Books: where are they, how many can I check out...?

We often get people asking these sorts of questions about our book collection. While we do have an increasing selection of digital or e-books, the bulk of our book collection is still a print collection, housed physically in the library. Which raises the first question, namely where in the library are the books I want? That's a good question, as it is a rather large building! The book catalog does give collection names, and call numbers, to help you find books in the building, and we also have floor plans online. As for the others sorts of questions, like how many books a person can have out, for how long and so forth, this borrowing policies page will answer all those questions.
