River discharges, from "Stats R US"

The "US" here stands for U.S., as in the federal government and its many department and agency websites. For example, someone was in recently looking for water discharge rates from the Chenango River here in NY. One might well wonder, where the heck am I going to find that?! But the data is actually readily available at the USGS (US Geological Survey) site. At their site they have the handy "USGS Water Surface Data for the Nation" page.
