Library service desks 101

As you come in the library the desk to your left, same side as the cafe, is the circulation desk where you check out books etc. The service desk to your right is the information desk. You can get help there with both "library" questions, like how to find articles etc., and "IT" questions, for example help with a laptop that has a virus.
