Gov't sites down, where to go?

The government shutdown with sites like the Census down is making things hard for researchers, as well as everyone else. There are some resources available in print and online though that can help. For example, we have many encyclopedias, dictionaries and more online, like the Encyclopedia of Multicultural America for diversity issues. You can locate resources like these in many of our library research guides, in the "background information" tabs. There is a guide specifically focused on atlases, dictionaries, encyclopedias and similar material as well.
