Transcripts 101: ABC, Fox, NPR...

Sometimes people would like to get transcripts of news or talk shows; what exactly did Oprah and Tom Cruise talk about, or what specifically was said by that talking head on CNN about the economy? Lexis has transcripts from a wide range of news and talk sources to help you with this sort of research.

When you go to Lexis look at the "Search the News" column on the left, and change the ""By Source Type" drop down box from "Major World Publications" to "Broadcast Transcripts." You can find Lexis itself by clicking on the Find Articles link on our web page.

Sorry, Lexis doesn't have transcripts of Kramer interviewing "guests" on the old set of the Merv Griffin show however ;-)
